The house has it's own UV water purification system so all the water is purified! The new 2nd floor bedroom and patio has an outstanding view of the whole bay. Meal delivery, cleaning, laundry service and high speed internet available. Fishing, island tours and fossil valley explorations arranged. CASA PARGO
 This house is just behind the beach house and has a lovely view of the ocean and a nice treed lot.It has 3 bedrooms and 2 fold out beds in the large living room as well, full bathroom and kitchen, tv, videos and although not really fancy, it works well for families or groups. It is rustic and has no hot water in the kitchen. It's close to all the stores and services and the long sandy beach too. $60/couple ($350 a week) $100 for 2 couples/day ($600 week) or $30 /extra person/day High season rate Oct-Dec is minimum $120 a day

You will enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the stone patio and it is a great place for counting whales as they pass by!!! $65/night per couple $400 a week $1,500 month

 | Enjoy the spectacular view from our cliffside home overlooking the Blowhole and Asuncion Island. You can fish off the rocks, swim at our private beach, snorkel & spearfish in front of the house, kayak, tour the island or just relax under our patio palapa. We will show you around town, introduce you to our family and friends and share our paradise with you. Our Sunday feast gatherings are famous for fun and making new friends. The food is exceptional...fresh fruit, seafood and Mexican cuisine and there is lots to do and see. Spanish immersion is fun! We are currently finishing a separate stone 2 bedroom unit with a bathroom and nice rock patio for those of you who prefer more privacy but love the wild west coast location.  
We also have a sheltered oceanside camping area to put up your tent ($5 a night & $10 for our camp & breakfast) and a safe place to park your RV in front of the blowhole with power, water, shower and high speed internet.($15)  For those of you who like a taste of the culture, this is the place to come.

Enjoy the quiet under the palapa porch of our rustic Guest House overlooking the beach. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and single beds, a kitchen, living room with a futon so that it can sleep 8 people and an outhouse in the back. Solar energy/12 volt lights
Juan's grandfather built this house and though it isn't fancy, it has real charm and some interesting history. You will be intrigued by the folklore of this abandoned village...it's secrets and surprises! The 2 story house is built to take full advantage of the sunrise and sunset ocean views. Located in the uphill area of town, the many windows are placed to catch the cooling summer breeze and the views from the upstairs patio and sundeck are stunning. The downstairs features the kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bathroom, and spacious studio Upstairs is the large bedroom with a balcony facing east for morning coffee, and terrazza facing west for afternoon whale watching, sunbathing, sunset happy hour, and stargazing.
